An NAIC compliant illustration must be prepared and presented to the applicant prior to the completion of the life insurance application. The signed illustration should be submitted with the application to prevent delays in processing.

Utilize the web-based or “desktop” version of your illustration software to generate the full illustration to present to your client. If you are using the web-based illustration software, you have the option to have the client “e-sign” the illustration. You would need to then save all pages of the e-signed illustration to your computer. Alternately, you may print the illustration, have the client physically sign the illustration and then scan all pages and save to your computer.

The e-App will prompt you to “Upload” this full signed and dated illustration.
