If the application meets the guidelines for non-medical underwriting, you must complete all questions within the medical history section of the application. If your paramedical examiner is completing the client’s exam, you have the option to bypass the medical history section. We advise all clients complete all sections of the application, including medical history, to facilitate processing of the application.
